INCIDENTS

First of all, I'm really sorry about what happened ˙◠˙. We'll try to fix it as best as possible depending on the problem we have:  

  • In the order tracking it appears that the order is to be picked up, but they have not left me the pick-up form. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, there are times when they do not leave it... even so, if the order is to be picked up, you can go to your post office and with your ID they will give it to you without any problem.   

 

  • The 15 days to collect my order at the Post Office have passed and it has been returned. In this case, Correos will return the order to me and the cost of the shipping will not be refunded. In order to resend it, the customer will be responsible for paying the amount again. If the package is not claimed within a period of 3 months, the order will be deleted and there will be no option to resend it or refund the total amount.  

 

  • I received my order, but the content is incorrect. Oops! I'm so sorry for the mistake! Please contact me at griarttbyp@gmail.com with your order number and the problem, thank you very much ⁠♡  

 

  • I have received a defective item. The product is considered defective if it is apparent at the time of receipt. First we have to determine what type of defect it has. All products are assembled and handmade , so it is normal that not all the pieces are exactly the same, which is part of their charm. In case the defect is not any of the causes mentioned above and there are loose or broken pieces, you can contact me at griarttbyp@gmail.com , we will try to find a solution.
