HOW THE STORE WORKS

Griartt is a small jewelry brand with only one employee, me ❀.  

I take care of all the tasks in the store; I design the products, produce them, take care of social media, design the packaging , pack the orders, answer emails, create content for social media...and so on .  

Why do you need to know this? This will help you better understand the work behind it and why orders can take time to leave the workshop, since there is only one person, sometimes the waiting times can be a little variable.  

I mainly work with stock, but there are some products that I make to order and that takes longer from when I am notified of the new order. Items that are made to order and personalized can be included in the item description.  

And although this may seem like a problem, it is a decision I made, since I have always wanted to prioritize the quality of the final result, adding steps to my packaging process so that its arrival is as special as possible ♡
